Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Proficiency in Software Development, Programming, and Integration to build and maintain advanced ServiceNow solutions. Experience with ServiceNow implementation or related IT service management systems is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Roles & Responsibilities Experience as a ServiceNow Developer in designing and implementing enterprise workflows, ITSM solutions, and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. Good experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using methodologies like Agile and Test-Driven Development. Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and Asset Management. Experienced in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications using Scoped Applications, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer. Experience in building ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub for connecting with external systems. Expertise in creating and managing Service Portals, including widgets, themes, and AngularJS-based customizations. Skilled in configuring and managing ServiceNow Orchestration for automating workflows across systems. Well-versed in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, Glide API, and server/client-side scripting for business logic implementation. Expertise in implementing ServiceNow Security including ACLs, Roles, and Data Policies. Experience with ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics, including dashboards and KPIs. Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB architecture, discovery, and dependency mapping. Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, and instance management. Familiarity with ServiceNow Store apps and custom app development. Good understanding of cloud technologies and hosting ServiceNow in SaaS environments. Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for regression and functional testing. Knowledge of ServiceNow DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and ServiceNow Source Control. Experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools like Azure, AWS, and monitoring platforms. Skilled in ServiceNow Performance tuning and troubleshooting for optimal instance health.
