Join Our Growing Team! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to support our federal customers in a fully remote role. This position requires a Secret Clearance and allows you to work from anywhere in the U.S.

About ICF: Our IT Modernization division is a rapidly expanding, innovative department that focuses on providing integrated, strategic solutions to both public and private sector clients. Our team designs, builds, and operates high-performance IT engines to enhance all aspects of our clients' business.

Your Role: In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting various customer missions and operational needs. Our ServiceNow Developers develop solutions that facilitate crucial services, such as fraud detection in federal programs and enhancing employee access to business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design for architecture and ensure high code quality in a reliable environment.
  • Design, implement, and deploy business rules and technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Develop custom integration components and connect legacy systems to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Mentor and guide the internal development team and manage vendor relations.
  • Document and update policies and procedures while promoting agile development.
  • Work closely with process managers to review requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide support in resolving incidents, as needed.
  • Take ownership of complex business requirements from inception to completion.

Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI or TS with SCI eligibility required.
  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to federal contracts.
  • Over 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
  • A minimum of 5 years in Application Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow development principles, methods, and techniques.
  • Experience in IT Service Management and operations.
  • Proficient in requirements gathering, data modeling, and database design.
  • Experience with integration components and web technologies.
