Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with team members and stakeholders, and leading ServiceNow development projects.

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications to enhance the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with application owners to devise innovative solutions that meet business needs and stakeholder expectations

Proficiency in ServiceNow Performance analytics and advanced reporting is necessary, along with expertise in GRC/IRM.
