Experienced ServiceNow Senior Administrator/Developer

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced ServiceNow administrator/developer to fill a senior position. In this role, you will help us achieve operational excellence through strategic planning and efficient service delivery.

• As a successful candidate, you should have deep expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem, including programming languages like JavaScript and CSS.
• Excellent communication skills are vital for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to create innovative solutions.
• Our preferred candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has more than 12 years of experience and over six years of ServiceNow development background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop data-driven strategies to optimize IT service management processes.
• Provide actionable recommendations for process improvement across the organization.
• Collaborate effectively with global teams to drive project success.
• Implement efficient business analytics using ServiceNow tools.
• Manage ServiceNow workflows, enforcing robust security measures.
• Deliver tailored applications and portals within the ServiceNow environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience (or commensurate experience).
• Minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML.
• Experience in REST, SOAP services, etc.
• An understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude.
• Certified System Administrator.
