• *Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Low/Pro Code Platform Software Application Developer to lead the adoption and utilization of the ServiceNow platform for creating mission-critical software applications.

This role focuses on using low-code and pro-code tools to meet enterprise application needs and advance organizational technical capabilities. You will work closely with our team of experts to establish platform procedures, integrate governance structures, and directly contribute to application development while mentoring in-house staff.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Establish the ServiceNow development technical environment and procedures.
• Integrate enterprise-level ServiceNow governance structures with internal Software Development Methodology (SDM).
• Follow best practices for governance and report on ServiceNow platform project activities.
• Perform low-code configuration, pro-code customization, and integration tasks using ServiceNow.
• Develop application features, workflows, user interfaces, and database connections.
• Implement system functionalities, algorithmic calculations, notifications, and API web services.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver pre-tested products with accurate, secure, and complete functionalities.
• Actively participate in Agile team planning sessions to align on development requirements.
• Contribute to team goals by completing assigned epics, features, and stories.
• Collaborate with Information Analysts, Database Administrators, System Administrators, Testers, and Project Managers.
• Utilize tracking software (e.g., JIRA) to document progress, coordinate tasks, and ensure transparency.
• Provide mentorship to in-house developers on the ServiceNow platform.
• Participate in committees and provide feedback to improve methodologies and practices.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and development approaches.
• *Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Direct experience as a programmer developing applications using the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven expertise with low-code/pro-code platform development tools and methods.
• Advanced knowledge of application security, relational databases, API web services, and emerging technologies.
• Experience with mission-critical applications in medium to large organizations (1,000+ employees).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps processes.
• Technical Proficiencies:
• Principles of computer science and application development.
• Coding, integrating, and maintaining software applications using the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow-specific configuration tools.
• Strong understanding of database management, workflow design, security protocols, and authentication mechanisms.
