Infor LN Administrator Developer

This role focuses on the administration and development of Infor LN, a leading enterprise resource planning system.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy customizations extensions and integrations within the Infor LN ecosystem to enhance performance and functionality.
• Build and maintain integrations with external applications using APIs Infor ION and other middleware tools to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Configure and maintain the Dynamic Enterprise Model (DEM) within Infor LN to optimize business processes.
• Manage ERP technical upgrades patches and system performance tuning to guarantee high availability and efficiency.
• Administer user roles permissions and system access in compliance with security standards to protect sensitive data.
• Monitor log and optimize system performance across the Infor suite to identify areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/3 technical ERP issues through thorough analysis and effective communication.
• Document all code configurations and system changes to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Partner with cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure ERP stability scalability and alignment with business goals through collaborative efforts.
• Manage incidents and coordinate resolutions with Infor Standard Support and Infor IMS to provide timely support and guidance.
