We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow engineer to support our Technology Operations Center Platforms. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of our DigitalCare platform powered by ServiceNow.
You will partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and deliver scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will include implementing workflows, automations, and integrations across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HAM/SAM, etc.).
A successful candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and integration experience, as well as hands-on experience implementing ITSM and Asset Management (HAM/SAM). They will also have deep integration experience using REST, SOAP, WebHooks, Pub/Sub (Kafka), API Gateways/Service Mesh, and other connectors.
