Expert ServiceNow Application Developer Required

We require a certified ServiceNow Expert Application Developer to assist us with developing and growing our application development team to build and support ServiceNow applications in the PSDS environment for the State of Wyoming.

The consultant should be well-versed in PSDS, ServiceNow implementation, configuration, administration, development, architecture, and Scrum development methodology. Key responsibilities include:

• Guiding development teams through all steps of a development project in the PSDS environment
• Advising on the configuration of the State Enterprise Portal initiative
• Providing knowledge transfer and training to development teams on PSDS ServiceNow environment
• Serving as an escalation point support for the development team with regard to ServiceNow issues
