ServiceNow Platform Expert

We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to lead our team's configuration, development, and maintenance efforts. This role will ensure seamless ServiceNow platform performance and user experience.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement process automation solutions using modern programming languages and scripting tools.
• Maintain and optimize ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management.
• Customize workflows, forms, and fields to meet business requirements.
• Develop and refine scripts, UI policies, and business rules to enhance process automation and simplify tasks.
• Provide technical support and training to ServiceNow users.
• Build and manage reports and dashboards to track platform performance and compliance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business goals.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in systems design, software development, operations, automation, and process improvement.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, Ruby, or Java.
• Experience working with Linux/Unix environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and build processes.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform management and optimization.
