Senior ServiceNow Solutions Designer

Overview

Compucom is seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Solutions Designer to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in developing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Solution Development

• Design and develop comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that integrate multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, and custom applications.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on ServiceNow best practices and industry standards.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and administrators to ensure alignment with enterprise strategies and objectives.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).

• 7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, including at least 3 years as an Architect.

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module - ITSM or ITOM.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes.

• Proven experience with ServiceNow application development, scripting, and workflows.

• Experience designing and integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems.

• The annual starting salary for this position is between $135,000 - $198,000 annually.
