ServiceNow Architect Position

Seeking a seasoned ServiceNow architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for a leading financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the ServiceNow architectural blueprint and roadmap for the bank.
• Align ServiceNow implementations with banking security, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow products and releases for applicability to financial services use cases.
• Lead the end-to-end design & development for modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, SecOps, and IRM.
• Integrate ServiceNow with core banking systems, identity management, and monitoring tools.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture/design/development roles.
• Experience in banking or financial services strongly preferred.
• Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, and CMDB.
• Knowledge of HRSD and CSM is a plus.
