Experienced ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Needed

Job Title

An experienced ServiceNow administrator/developer is needed to join our team and contribute to the success of our US Coast Guard program. This remote position offers a chance to utilize your technical skills and expertise in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT service management. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with at least 12 years of experience (or commensurate experience).
• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience.
• At least 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML.
• Understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude.
