Job Title: Solution Architect, ServiceNow
KPMG is currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Solution Architect, ServiceNow. As a key member of our Digital Nexus technology organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our clients within the ServiceNow framework.
Responsibilities:
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions within the ServiceNow platform or partner with Enterprise Architecture to suggest alternative platforms.
- Solution Design: Design scalable, flexible, and easy-to-maintain solutions, including leading proofs of concept for new technologies.
- Integration Expertise: Build integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using iPaaS (like Mulesoft), APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, working with ServiceNow support and other technical teams to address critical issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards.
- Tech Stays Up-to-Date: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to ServiceNow solutions (IRM, SecOps, ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, and more).
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum seven years of recent experience in solution architecture, focusing on ServiceNow, with extensive experience in two or more ServiceNow modules (LSD, WSD, ITAM/ITOM, HRSC, IRM, CSM, and more).
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred; ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) and one or more CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certs required, with CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CMA (Certified Master Architect) strongly preferred.
- Support Experience: Experience supporting business solutions hosted on ServiceNow from a developer or administrator perspective, inclusive of upgrade, integration, and operational support challenges.
- ServiceNow Understanding: Strong understanding of practical application of ServiceNow as it relates to industry solutions and interconnectedness between modules and core data.
- Platform Familiarity: Proven familiarity with ServiceNow and other commonly used technology platforms serving core business functions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; no sponsorship available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT, or any other employment-based visa.
