ServiceNow Application Specialist

This is a request for a contractor with specific skills in support of ServiceNow applications and specifically the Customer Service Management (CSM) application for multiple projects within the Department of Health and Human Services.

We are looking for an experienced professional who has 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration. Additionally, they must have 5+ years' experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs), notifications, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, Agile and Scrum methodologies. They must also have 5+ years' experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM). Furthermore, they should have 3+ years' experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems leveraging REST, SOAP, and other APIs.

Our system administrator certification is mandatory. The candidate must meet skill matrix requirements and years of experience. Locals are highly preferred due to this being a hybrid role. A candidate with relevant department experience is required.
