- Technical Discovery and Requirements Gathering: Lead discovery sessions with prospects to understand their needs and identify potential opportunities for ServiceNow.
- Demos and Presentations: Deliver high-impact demos and presentations that showcase the value of ServiceNow and address prospect concerns.
- Solution Architecture and Value Justification: Develop comprehensive solution architectures and create compelling value justifications to support proposals and RFP responses.
- RFP Responses and Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning RFP responses and proposals that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Platform Capabilities and Integration Options: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders on ServiceNow platform capabilities and integration options.
To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or solution consulting role, deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, and excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.
