ServiceNow System Administrator Role

About the Job:

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer who can design, implement, and maintain our ServiceNow instance. This includes end-to-end development of new functionalities such as service catalog requests, asset management, CMDB, and more. Responsibilities:

• Maintain the existing ServiceNow instance including Incident, Knowledge, Problem, Change, Service Request, Asset, Service Portal, ITOM, etc.
• Lead the coordination, design, development, and execution of new ServiceNow features and functionalities.
• Create and maintain documentation for normal system operation as well as any new process enhancements.
