A Day in the Life
Be the driving force behind safe, smart, and successful IT change—helping our teams innovate with confidence as our Change Management Process Owner. In this role, you’ll help guide secure, reliable IT transformation that supports our mission and the customers who depend on us.
We’re seeking an IT Business Analyst III to join our IT Service Management (ITSM) Team as the IT Change Management Process Owner. In this role, you’ll help maintain system stability while driving innovation and continuous improvement across the enterprise. You’ll oversee technology changes through the ServiceNow platform, ensuring they’re implemented in a controlled, coordinated, and compliant manner. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact—enhancing governance, promoting accountability, and shaping a culture of agility and excellence. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and communication skills, proven leadership and facilitation abilities, attention to detail, and solid ITIL expertise to help evolve one of our most critical ITSM processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the ServiceNow Change Management process, resolve issues, and provide SME support and training.
- Lead weekly Local and Enterprise Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Deliver monthly reporting and analysis on Change Management performance.
- Collaborate with Local CABs to escalate only high-risk or enterprise-impacting changes.
- Align with ITSM peers to ensure integration with Incident, Major Incident, and Problem Management processes.
