Solution Architect for Scalable ServiceNow Solutions

Scalable ServiceNow Solution Development Position

This role requires collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet client needs. As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing custom ServiceNow solutions to integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.

• Responsibilities:
• Work closely with clients to identify their needs and develop tailored ServiceNow solutions
• Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions, including leading proofs of concept for new technologies
• Design integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using iPaaS, APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and configuration guides
• Stay up-to-date with emerging ServiceNow solutions and industry trends Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 7 years of recent experience in solution architecture, with a focus on ServiceNow, including extensive experience in two or more ServiceNow modules
• ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) and one or more CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certifications required, CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CMA (Certified Master Architect) strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of practical application of ServiceNow as it relates to industry solutions and the interconnectedness between modules and core data
• Proven familiarity with ServiceNow and other technology platforms commonly used to service core business functions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
