Job Description:
The ideal consultant will support and maintain our ServiceNow platform, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM), Change Management (CM), Configurations, and Discovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Perform daily operational tasks, such as managing incidents and service requests
- Implement configuration and customizations of new and existing modules
- Integrate ServiceNow with other apps and enterprise systems using APIs and web services
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HR, CSM, DRP, and the underlying architecture
- Proficient in JavaScript for writing ServiceNow scripts and customizations
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including ITSM, CM, Configurations, and Discovery
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus
