Job Description:

The ideal consultant will support and maintain our ServiceNow platform, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM), Change Management (CM), Configurations, and Discovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support the ServiceNow platform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
  • Perform daily operational tasks, such as managing incidents and service requests
  • Implement configuration and customizations of new and existing modules
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other apps and enterprise systems using APIs and web services

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HR, CSM, DRP, and the underlying architecture
  • Proficient in JavaScript for writing ServiceNow scripts and customizations
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including ITSM, CM, Configurations, and Discovery
  • ServiceNow certifications are a plus

Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days onsite at White Plains, NY 10601
