• Formulate specifications for the ServiceNow platform, providing technical leadership in planning, designing, upgrading, and maintaining the platform.
• Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to complete agile-based deliverables.
• Evaluate platform performance, debug software problems, and recommend problem resolution.
• Implement modules and third-party integrations, transforming business needs into tangible items within ServiceNow.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise systems, with 3+ years of direct ServiceNow experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ITIL Certification preferred.
• Ability to customize workflows and scripts using JavaScript.
