Role: Sr. Technical Consultant, – UI/UX/Portal Expert
Location: Remote- US based candidate only
Certifications: CAD, CSA, 2 CIS (Any ServiceNow certifications) required

Scope: This is for a Portal Expert - This is on a General Consulting SKU to do the following. It would be advisory and hands on.
Description of Work
Apply Google's visual identity and UX principles to ServiceNow portals using tools like UI Builder, Service Portal, and Next Experience Theme Builder.
Conduct UX taxonomy reviews, catalog request experience audits, and portal experience assessments to ensure consistency with Google's standards.
Provide guidance on customizing widgets, dashboards, and forms using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow scripting tools.
Participate in architectural review boards to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.61 - $70.93 per hour
Work Location: Remote
