ServiceNow Application Analyst, ITOM, CMDB

Empowering IT operations through a world-class Configuration Management Database (CMDB) requires vigilance, proactive problem-solving, and hands-on maintenance. As a ServiceNow Application Analyst focused on IT Operations Management (ITOM) and CMDB, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and ensuring the ongoing health, accuracy, and reliability of our CMDB.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining the CMDB, performing day-to-day operational tasks, identifying and resolving issues impacting the CMDB, partnering with stakeholders to understand their requirements, and supporting ServiceNow discovery, integration, and automation processes.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience supporting and maintaining a ServiceNow CMDB
• Strong understanding of CMDB data models, CI lifecycle, discovery, reconciliation, and data quality management
• Experience with day-to-day CMDB operations, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement
