Job Title : Servicenow Pre Sales Solution Architect

Job Location : Dallas, TX(Onsite)

Job Duration :Long-term Contract

Pay rate: $90/hr on W2 & $100/hr on C2C

Job Description:

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow to join our team. This role is critical in driving customer success by shaping solutions that align with business outcomes and demonstrating the value of the ServiceNow platform. You will partner with sales teams, to design innovative solutions that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Architecture

o Lead discovery sessions with customers to understand business needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.

o Translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions leveraging best practices and platform capabilities.

o Create high-level architecture diagrams, solution proposals, and value-based presentations.

o Understanding of enterprise architecture, SaaS platforms, and ITIL processes.

o Understanding of ServiceNow leading practices (CTA or CMA preferred)

  • Pre-Sales Engagement

o Collaborate with account executives and delivery teams during the sales cycle to position ServiceNow solutions effectively.

o Articulate the business value of ServiceNow solutions to both technical and executive stakeholders.

o Identify and document risks and mitigations, exclusions, assumptions, and customer dependencies within solution proposal and RAID logs.

o Create solution proposals with approach to the solution/delivery, deliverables, payment milestones, timelines, scope/out-of-scope, volume metrics, strategic roadmap, etc.

o Experience working with various pricing structures (Fixed, T&M, Rate Cards, etc.)

o Advising the customer of our credibility to deliver the solution, highlighting company and delivery accreditations, certifications, and historical case studies.

o Ability to weave in non-technical items such as target operating models/ service delivery models, capability heatmaps, organization change management and adoption, UX/UI and journey mappings.

o Ability to map customer’s vision to real business outcomes that map to ServiceNow capabilities with key success metrics

o Experience writing statement of works and tracking until signature.

o Conducting sales to delivery handover, where your solution, SOW, RAID log, etc. is handed over to delivery teams to deliver the services.

o Experience working with sales and market unit leaders to define sales and pricing strategies.

o Experience drafting resourcing plans, allocations, and costs using a diverse geo-locations and skill sets.

o Ability to map business requirements to technical solutions and articulate ROI.

o Experience responding to RFPs (providing questions, answering 100+ questions, crafting a solution and approach, crafting pricing strategy, and SOW in very aggressive timelines (sometimes only a few days).

o Experience “selling” our capabilities (cold walk in with customer with no intel).

o Working with export control and legal to address security concerns and sensitivity of the proposed solution.

o Can perform these activities above independently.

  • Thought Leadership

o Stay current on ServiceNow product releases, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

o Advise customers on platform governance, data quality, integrations, and roadmap planning.

o Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and enablement sessions.
