Job Description:

Must Have: ServiceNow Health and Safety Module Expertise, JavaScript, Rest APIS, Integration Tools Like Mid Server and Integration Hub, CMDB, CSDM.

Good to have: Data Analytics (Tableau), ITOM Modules.

DESIRED PROFILE:

• Deep Understanding of ServiceNow Architecture, Components, And Modules.
• Expertise In Health and Safety Module in ServiceNow.
• Proficiency In ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript).
• Experience With ServiceNow Development, Including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, And ACLS.
• Expert Knowledge and Expertise of Integration Techniques Such as Rest, Soap, And JDBC.
• Experience With Integration Tools Like Mid Server and Integration Hub.
• Ability To Design and Implement Complex Integrations with Other Systems.
• Understanding Of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) And CSDM (Common Service Data Model).
• Experience With ITOM (It Operations Management) Modules Like Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, And Orchestration.
• Experience In Building Custom Applications Using ServiceNow’s Application Platform.
• Proficiency In Html, CSS, And AngularJS for Service Portal and Ui Customization.
• Knowledge Of Performance Tuning, Optimization, And Best Practices for Scalable Solutions.
• Ability To Align ServiceNow Solutions with Business Goals and It Strategy.
• Experience In Creating Roadmaps, Governance Frameworks, And Best Practices.
