Role Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with 8–10 years of hands-on expertise in architecting and delivering ServiceNow-based solutions. The ideal candidate will lead architecture discussions as the S2P (Source-to-Pay) representative, ensuring seamless integration across multiple financial systems.

The architect will be responsible for overseeing requirement gathering, solution design, interface/integration architecture, and guiding the development and implementation lifecycle. This role also collaborates closely with process owners to define product roadmaps and translate business needs into actionable user stories.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design discussions for ServiceNow-based solutions as an S2P representative.
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of integrations with various financial systems.
• Conduct requirement analysis, define architecture, and provide end-to-end solution strategy using ServiceNow applications.
• Work closely with development teams to prepare technical design documents (TDDs).
• Support and guide development, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with process owners to define the product roadmap and convert business needs into user stories.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience as a Solution Architect in ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, integration frameworks, and workflow design.
• Hands-on experience leading financial system integrations.
• Expertise in requirement gathering, functional design, and end-to-end implementation.
