The position entails leading the implementation of ServiceNow projects, collaborating with clients and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Candidates should possess extensive experience in ServiceNow implementation projects, with a strong focus on CSM (Customer Service Management) and ITSM applications.
- Liaise with developers and architects in ServiceNow projects
- Foster collaboration between client and team members
- Comprehend functional and technical requirements
- Contribute to design discussions
- Develop solutions accordingly
Responsibilities will also include managing implementation of ServiceNow Upgrade, providing new access for new hires, and overseeing ServiceNow and 3CLogic License allotments.
Additional duties comprise implementing eBonding, managing Ticket Category changes, IVR Management, Reports and Dashboard Management, Foundation Data Management, and Chat functionality in ServiceNow.
This role is pivotal in driving the success of ServiceNow projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully delivering ServiceNow implementations and possessing excellent leadership skills.
