The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to refine ITBM/SPM business requirements and workflows. They will facilitate the designing, configuring, and customizing SPM and PPM processes.

• Implementation experience in ServiceNow SPM Application Portfolio Management and Project Portfolio Management
• Experience in ServiceNow scripting JavaScript, Web Services, AJAX, XML, and Surveys/Assessments
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches
• Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in Application Portfolio Management or Project Portfolio Management modules Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine ITBM/SPM business requirements and workflows
• Facilitate the designing, configuring, and customizing SPM and PPM processes
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and understand changes proposed on requirements/user stories
