IT ServiceNow Architect Lead

We are seeking a seasoned IT expert to lead our ServiceNow project. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a scalable and secure ServiceNow architecture.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, etc.
• Defining best practices and governance standards for the ServiceNow platform
• Mentoring development teams in implementing custom applications, workflows, and automation
• Ensuring platform scalability, performance, and security compliance Required Skills and Experience
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 6+ years focused on ServiceNow
• Hands-on expertise with ITSM modules and working knowledge of ITOM, CMDB, CSDM
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Catalog development
• Proven experience in ServiceNow Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Deep understanding of ITIL framework and its implementation on ServiceNow Benefits
