ServiceNow Architect

• This role requires a senior ServiceNow expert with 10+ years of experience in implementation projects.
• The candidate should have recent knowledge in CSM (Customer Service Management) and ITSM applications.
• Strong technical skills in ServiceNow platform, particularly CSM and ITSM, are essential.
• Familiarity with 3CLogic integration with ServiceNow is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ServiceNow developer & architect in project teams.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure understanding of requirements.
• Develop solutions according to client needs.
• Participate in design discussions and offer suggestions.
• Implement agile practices in the team.
• Manage ServiceNow upgrades without impacting existing functionalities.
• Provide access for new hires and manage license allocations.
• Implement eBonding and client requests for enhancements or changes.
• Manage IVR creation in 3CLogic and coordinate with the team.
• Reports and dashboard management – ServiceNow and 3CLogic.
• Data management and testing code fixes/updates.
• Create backlog of requirements, prioritize, and plan rollouts.
• Email integration into ServiceNow management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Certifications in ServiceNow – CSA, CAD, or CIS-CSM.
