Job Title: ServiceNow SecOps Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, develop and implement solutions using ServiceNow SecOps modules.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and implement solutions using ServiceNow SecOps modules, including Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).
• Automate security incident response and vulnerability management workflows to enhance speed and efficiency.
• Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with third-party security tools to strengthen overall security posture.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into robust technical solutions.
• Configure and customize applications, services, forms and scripts within ServiceNow to meet specific security operational needs.
• Develop and manage dashboards for real-time security monitoring and generate actionable reports to support informed decision making.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues within SecOps modules and related workflows.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve and optimize existing security operations processes, resulting in improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• 7–10 years' experience with ServiceNow administration, implementation and configuration across multiple modules.
• 2–4 years' hands-on experience specifically with ServiceNow SecOps, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting, coding and configuration within the ServiceNow platform, as well as skill in integrating ServiceNow with other security and IT tools.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
