Job Profile

This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging technical projects.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical skills with all core modules of ServiceNow, coupled with at least 7 years of experience working specifically with this platform.
  • A deep understanding of the technical architecture of ServiceNow is crucial for success in this position.
  • Expertise at a table level to carry out impact analysis for incorporating changes to existing functionalities is essential.
  • The ability to provide sound hands-on experience and knowledge on ServiceNow integrations, as well as experience in CMS (ServiceNow portal) and Service Portal technologies, is necessary.
  • Additionally, custom app development experience and adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development activities/coding are required.
  • The selected candidate must have played a customer-facing role with deep involvement in technical discussions.
  • Experience guiding smaller teams on complex development and troubleshooting issues is also preferred. Main Responsibilities
