We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Performance & Reporting Analyst to leverage ServiceNow's reporting and analytics capabilities to drive data-based decisions, service excellence, and operational improvement across ITSM processes.

• Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Platform Analytics, and standard reporting tools.
• Analyze ITSM data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
• Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for IT service health and efficiency.
• Partner with process owners to understand reporting needs and create data-driven solutions that support continual service improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reports.
• Provide training and guidance to end users for effective use of dashboards and reports.
