A ServiceNow CSM should have experience in Customer Service Management, Order Management, Integration, JavaScript, web-based integration, Service Portal, Content Management development, Service Request Management, Workflows, Client discussion, and Requirement gathering.

- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices ongoing knowledge ServiceNow features

- Good Experience in ServiceNow modules and custom applications including CSM module implementation development

- Good experience in web based Integration SOAP REST and any other type of integration

The ideal candidate should be able to provide consultation to technical functionalities for implementing HRSD related use cases which involves integrations.
