We are looking for a candidate with experience in Customer Service Management, Order Management and Integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions including integrations with third-party tools.
The successful candidate will have 5 Years of ServiceNow design development and implementation experience including integrations with third party tools. They should have a good understanding of customer service management and order management processes. Additionally, they should have experience in developing custom applications using ServiceNow modules such as the CSM module.
The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience in JavaScript and be proficient in AJAX, XML, JSON, MySQL, HTML, CSS and Jelly Scripting. They should be familiar with web-based integration technologies such as SOAP and REST.
Furthermore, the successful candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to provide consultation on technical functionalities for implementing HRSD related use cases which involves integrations.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills. The successful candidate should have certifications such as ServiceNow admin Certified or CIS HRSD certification. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
