Key Responsibilities:
A Senior ServiceNow Designer leads the design and implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring client requirements are met.
- Coordinates with clients and team members to ensure clear understanding of project objectives
- Participates in design discussions offering technical and functional suggestions
- Develops solutions based on client needs
- Adapts SCRUM practices in the team for efficient project execution
- Ensures ServiceNow upgrades do not impact existing functionalities
Technical skills required include expertise in the ServiceNow platform, especially CSM and ITSM applications, as well as experience with 3CLogic integration with ServiceNow. Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation projects
- Mandatory recent experience in CSM implementation and support projects
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Education and certifications include a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline and certifications in ServiceNow, such as CSA, CAD, or CIS-CSM.
