ServiceNow Expert - Customer Success

About the Role:

• Drive business growth and success by delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Work closely with customers to understand their digital challenges and develop tailored solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
• Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet customer needs and drive business results

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) and Order Management
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including integrations with third-party tools
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Certified ServiceNow administrator or developer, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices
