About the Role: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow OTM Lead to join our team. As an expert in enterprise-wide multi-tier ServiceNow production environments, you will play a crucial role in implementing and configuring Midserver configurations, CMDB discovery services, and more.

You will be responsible for:

• Implementing and configuring Midserver configurations, CMDB discovery services, and Service Graph ConnectorSGC.
• Maintaining good knowledge and understanding of Networking concepts, DMZ zone, Public Private Hybrid Cloud environment etc.
• Understanding Industrial control system works and OT network functions, Idea on Purdue Model architecture.
• Prior experience on implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management OT Service Management module in ServiceNow is a plus.
• Basic understanding on Windows LinuxUNIX administrations and PowerShell scripting.
• Moderate understanding on Database level architecture how to write SQL queries.
• Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes Script includes Business rule script action etc.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 8-11 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience.
• A strong background in ServiceNow ITOM configuration including CMDB Data alignment automated data population data import etc.
• Documented development configuration and technical details prepare training material for project.
• Knowledge of CSDM framework for Operational Technology an end-to-end data alignment process document including CMDB CSDM process and procedures.
