Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead our team in delivering top-notch IT service management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, including HRSD, CSM, ITSM, and be able to drive end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow Application Users
  • Implement and manage ServiceNow modules such as Case, HR Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge
  • Develop and deliver reports and dashboards to inform business decisions
  • Design and implement integrations with ServiceNow
  • Conduct ServiceNow Release upgrade testing and security administration
  • Deliver user training and support to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow standard practices

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow modules, specifically HRSD, CSM, ITSM
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end implementations of CSM, ITSM, HRSD, and CMD
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with reporting and dashboard development in ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with Inbound and Outbound integrations with ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow Release upgrade testing and security administration expertise
  • User training and support experience
