A key aspect of this role is designing, developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform for IT Service Management (ITSM) and automation of business processes.

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITSM and business process automation.
• Support and maintain ServiceNow modules including Incidents, Changes, Problems and Agent Chat across the organization.
• Develop integrations with internal and external systems using both out-of-the-box (OOB) and custom implementations.
• Lead Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) implementations.
• Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform by translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow in ITSM, Integrations, ITAM and ITOM.
• Strong scripting skills with expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow's GlideAjax.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro-Certification.
• Experience in supporting HAM and SAM implementations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
