Senior Software Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Consultant to lead our ServiceNow GRC implementation project.

• ServiceNow GRC Manager:
• Bengaluru,
• 8-12 years of relevant SN experience; with GRC 3-4 year hands-on GRC); remaining in other SN applications - ITSM, SPM, SecOps, Custom Apps.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ServiceNow GRC/IRM and experience with core platform development (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement GRC solutions within ServiceNow (3-4 years of GRC implementation experience)
• Module configuration: Configure and manage GRC modules, including Risk, Audit, Policy, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Workflow and scripting: Create and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, and other automations using tools like Flow Designer.
• Integrations: Implement integrations with other security tools and systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow GRC/IRM and experience with core platform development (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.).
• ServiceNow GRC/IRM certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA)
