ServiceNow Performance

We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Performance & Reporting Analyst to drive data-based decisions and operational improvement across ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Platform Analytics, and standard reporting tools.
• Analyze ITSM data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
• Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for IT service health and efficiency.
• Partner with process owners to create data-driven solutions that support continual service improvement.
