With a strong background in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX, you will configure business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to drive customer service management and order management processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing custom ServiceNow applications
• Implementing integrations with third-party tools
• Configuring HRSD modules and providing consultation on technical functionalities
• Providing guidance on technical workshops for gathering HR onboarding related requirements

Requirements include:

• 7+ years of experience in Servicenow development and implementation
• Strong knowledge of Service Portal and Content Management development
• Experience in web-based integration using SOAP, REST, and other types of integration
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
