ServiceNow Performance

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Performance & Reporting Analyst to drive data-based decisions and operational improvement across ITSM processes. Key responsibilities include designing reports and dashboards using ServiceNow Performance Analytics, analyzing ITSM data to identify trends and patterns, defining and tracking KPIs, and providing user training and support.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in ServiceNow Reporting or Data Analysis roles, strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics, and a solid understanding of ServiceNow data models and tables.
