ServiceNow Architect

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of ServiceNow projects. You will coordinate with clients and team members to ensure there are no gaps in understanding requirements.

• Develop solutions according to client requirements.
• Manage implementation of ServiceNow upgrades.
• Ensure existing functionalities are not impacted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and maintain ServiceNow solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform, particularly CSM and ITSM applications.
• Experience with 3CLogic integration with ServiceNow.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline.
• Certifications in ServiceNow – CSA, CAD or CIS-CSM.
