Senior ServiceNow Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to drive IT service management strategy and delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement queries, reports, and dashboards to inform business decisions.
• Configure and administer ServiceNow modules and forms to streamline processes.
• Provide expert-level support for ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations. Requirements

A Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or equivalent expertise is required.

A minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience and 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience are necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, REST, and SOAP services.
