Job Description:

We are hiring Senior and Junior ServiceNow Consultants for a client in Baltimore. The role requires hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience, strong workflow/customization skills, and the ability to work onsite with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Incident, Change, Catalog, CMDB, etc.).
• Work on workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, integrations, and automation.
• Support requirement gathering, solution design, technical documentation, and Agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure best practices aligned with federal standards.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
• Experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, Service Catalog, Flow Designer.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and onsite.
