ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Atlantic Canada. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and customizing applications and workflows in ServiceNow modules.

• Designing, developing, configuring, and customizing applications and workflows in ServiceNow modules including Field Service Management, Customer Service Management, and Legal Service Delivery
• Building and enhancing case management, dispatch and scheduling, and legal intake workflows
• Configuring and customizing ServiceNow forms, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and flow designers
• Developing Service Portal pages and custom widgets to enhance user experience
• Integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
• Participating in technical design discussions and recommending best practices for ServiceNow development
• Supporting testing, debugging, deployment, and post-implementation activities
