Chief ServiceNow Delivery Specialist

Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of our ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project planning sessions, establishing timelines, and communicating with stakeholders. About This Role:

• Manage the overall delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
• Lead project planning sessions, establish project timelines, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, business analysts, and ServiceNow developers to deliver projects that meet our clients' needs.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, applying ITIL and ITSM best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project progress using tools like ServiceNow PPM, JIRA, or MS Project, identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow governance models and report project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on IT service delivery or enterprise platform deployments.
• Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow projects, preferably with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated expertise with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL v3 or v4, as well as Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies. What We Offer:
