Global ServiceNow Application Specialist

Job Opportunity

As a ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer, you will be responsible for creating and configuring ServiceNow applications to meet the needs of our clients. This includes designing and implementing business rules, script includes, UI policies, actions, client scripts, and ACLs. You will also set up interfaces between ServiceNow and other platforms, perform system and integration testing, and recommend administration settings and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow applications to meet client needs
• Configure business rules, script includes, UI policies, actions, client scripts, and ACLs
• Set up interfaces between ServiceNow and other platforms
• Perform system and integration testing
• Recommend administration settings and best practices
• Document developments, unit test cases, and implementation plans

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 5-6 years of ServiceNow experience, including custom development and configuration
• At least 2-3 years of ServiceNow GRC/IRC experience
• ServiceNow scripting experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP Web Services
• Understanding and experience of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and all scripted aspects of ServiceNow
• Customize ServiceNow UI and Service Portal through use of UI pages, CMS, CSS, and Service Portal widgets
• Working knowledge of integrations and migrations
• Deep understanding of ITIL
• Working understanding of ServiceNow administration settings and deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
• Comfort working in an agile environment with constant feedback and interaction with the team
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues
