ServiceNow Solution Architect Role Overview

This opportunity suits motivated ServiceNow Architects with a demonstrated record of delivering technical engagements.

• Main Responsibilities: Design and develop the technical architecture for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Lead ITSM and ITOM module design and implementation, including CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Develop integration strategies with external systems and tools.
• Conduct workshops to educate customers on best practices and recommend scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to coding and configuration best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in implementing projects such as ITSM, ITOM, and Integrations is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration is necessary.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
